Momentum 2006
updated - May 14th, 2006
DETAIL
Session
Every session will be a time to meet with God together in song, in the Word, and in ministry.
We’ll take time to allow the Holy Spirit to move among us, to refresh us, and to transform us into people who worship in Spirit and in Truth.
Workshops/Labs
These intensive discussions will be interactive and will cover a variety of topics including the arts, worship-leading, songwriting, ethics, evangelism, ministry time, and more.
Late-Night
After both evening sessions, we will open our late-night venues including:
*CAFÉ THEOLOGICA: A time to sit down with some coffee and engage in a deeper dialog with our session leaders and hosts on issues of faith, emerging culture, social justice, worship and whatever is on your mind
(Trane Hall)
*ACOUSTIC WORSHIP: Enter into a more intimate and extended time of worship with participants after each evening session.
(Youth Room)
*EXTENDED MINISTRY AND PRAYER TIME: For those who want specific prayer, a special team will be on-hand to intercede directly for participants.
(Main Hall)
*LATE NIGHT VENUES...LIVE MUSIC: We're excited to feature the band "West Of Verona" at our
late-night sessions. This four-piece indie rock band out of Washington just
recorded their first ep "To Jupiter And Back" and have enjoyed favorable
reviews on their initial project. Husband and wife, John and Lisa Wahrmund
co-wrote the songs on the project and John has recorded with members of
Sixpence, The Prayer Chain and Plumb and has been writing and performing for
over ten years across the Western United States.
